Design and implementation of Go to Market Redesigns as well as of the optimal routing models for KPIs maximization both for Foods and Beverages.
Active participate in the design and fully implement and evaluate cross-functional productivity or sales development projects (time motion, T&E, discounts optimisation, etc.).
Prepare and present ad hoc analysis extracting key conclusions in order to improve or support decision making on field execution.
Optimise, evaluate and execute PicOS and Customer Segmentations per channel for TTL company through in depth analysis of market opportunities.
Redesign, develop and prepare KPIs reporting in terms of perfect execution (PicOS, Coolers performance, Secondaries / Shelf shares, Accounts evaluation) and all business information management programs for both foods and beverages.
Improve and support H2S / Tablets functionality for both TT and OT according to business needs to enhance sales efficiency.
