We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Inbound Sales department based in Athens. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound sales activities related to bookings of Blueground properties from retail clients and real estate partners to achieve revenue growth for the assigned market and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales practices.

The position will be reporting to the General Manager of Athens

What you will focus on :

  • Review, analyze, and approve deal term changes, discounts, and any other reservation change not on the website
  • Manage sales contracts and relevant documentation
  • Receive and respond to incoming property rental inquiries and requests (via phone, email, etc) generated from all online sales channels
  • Analyze client needs and preferences as to offer alternatives or negotiate prices aiming always at achieving property rental
  • Maintain long-lasting relationships with retail clients while ensuring excellent customer experience for our guests
  • Manage sales contracts and relevant documentation
  • Regularly audit and provide feedback to the sales team in terms of written and verbal correspondence
  • Maintain data integrity amongst the sales team
  • Responsible for continuous coaching and development of sales associates
  • Ensure current sales force can attain business targets
  • Collaborate with all related departments aiming at the best customer experience and returning clients
  • What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor degree from a top-tier university in Business / Economics
  • At least 5 years of sales or account management experience (in B2B setup and / or start up, real estate or hospitality industry is a plus)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Fluency in Greek and English and computer literacy (spreadsheets)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (negotiation experience is a plus)
  • Demonstration of entrepreneurial curiosity and can do attitude suitable in a fast-growth, startup environment
