Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

Due to the continued growth of our practices and consistently high demand for services, we are now recruiting a Senior Associate to join us and undertake Technical Project Management related tasks within our Consulting practice in the Technology and Data & Analytics sector.

The role entails :

Having a solid understanding of Cloud, Digital and Data & Analytics terms and definitions

Developing and managing project plans, schedules, resources, tasks, issues, budgets and deliverables, milestones and risks through the use of Software tools

Managing Team Kanban Board and daily stand ups

Facilitating requirements elaboration of user stories with team members

Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Providing weekly overall project status reporting to management and stakeholders

Managing vendor SLAs, procurement and other internal processes

Facilitating business development and presales process, e.g. :

Proposals’ development tasks : reviewing RfPs, designing and compiling response documents in collaboration with the respective internal teams, coordinating delivery, etc.

Preparation of client presentations, progress reports, etc.

The successful candidate should have :

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, or other related field

3+ years of experience in IT / Technical related projects. Experience in IT / Technical Project Management would be considered an asset

Hands-on experience with programming and QA activities

Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.) with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, modeling, documentation and communication

Proficient with MS Office applications : Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint

PMI-PMP certification would be considered an asset

Good organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask and to "do what it takes" to get the job done

A positive and enthusiastic attitude for working in different industries and markets
