GlobalWebIndex is a rapidly growing data technology business and is looking for a leader in Data Analysis practices - a discipline which is a defining factor in all GlobalWebIndex solutions.
Leading a team of Data Analysts you will manage our strategy, ensuring best in class methodology of data management, cleansing, transformation and analysis with an emphasis on high output quality, transparency and speed.
You will report directly to our CTO and work closely with Engineering and Product Leads on long-term initiative to further automate data management across GWI.
Lead team of Data Analysts and manage day-to-day workload and planning. Ensure communication on progress and timelines with relevant teams.
Define and drive strategic goals for improvements of data manipulation and analysis.
Collaborate with Research Managers and ensure work definition and expected outcomes are unambiguous.
Create and manage methodology for all day-to-day tasks from data analysis (data exploration, presentation of outcomes) to statistical processes (data projections, segmentations, modeling, ...)
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leads to identify and define data processing / analysis tasks which can be further automated
Embrace data-driven culture and measure KPIs across all areas of the team. Develop a framework for reporting to the team and relevant stakeholders across the business
Experience & Qualities Desired
Demonstrable examples of managing quality and accuracy in data management, processing and analysis
Expert theoretical and hands-on knowledge of data analysis techniques and ability to choose appropriate tools
Experience leading team of Data Analysts

Nice to have
Experience working with survey data and / or relevant challenges (data processing, cleaning, weighting and presentation).
