Our client in call center field in Athens is looking for German Speakers to join their Customer Support Team.
The client is offering starting dates in August, September and October.
Salary : 1,150.00 €
Benefits : 3 euros per working day in meal vouchers, Private Health Insurance from day one, up to 10% bonus every six months based on performance
Working hours depending on the project applied (always 5 days a week, 40 hours a week, with flexibility to work sometimes on weekends and late shifts since they have rotational shifts)
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
Meet personal / customer service team targets and chat handling quotas
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Native or near native in the language required.
Excellent written skills and good command of English language
Good MS Office skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
