Scrum (regular)
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager who will organize, build and grow our Quality Team
Working in this position you will be responsible for the team of 17 testers - coordinating their assignments across the projects, standardizing the QA practices across the company, ensuring the modern approach, technology, and toolset is properly leveraged
In order to do that the QA Manager’s day-to-day job will include :
Design quality processes and approach to Divante, eCommerce-specific projects
Provide both guidance and control to the QA acting both as an experienced QA and a manager
Supporting the design of quality and assurance control within projects
Analyzing customer requirements and providing feedback to product development during all the stages of SDLC including sales
Design and introduce quality reports and documents (strategies, plans) tailored to the projects
Scale the QA department in a controlled fashion - recruit new QA, establish and scale the structure, and ensure the business case is followed
Work with the senior manager on a regular basis providing internal reporting and ideas
Be a partner to Delivery and Engineering Directors ensuring seamless delivery across the projects
The requirements for the role :
At least 6 years of experience in IT as a QA Specialist or similar
At least 3 years of experience as a leader or manager especially as a leader of a QA team
Have a very good knowledge of testing in software development projects in general - all the project stages and testing levels
Have hands-on experience as a tester having utilized various testing techniques and approaches
Have created test strategies and plans for software development projects
Have a good grasp of functional and non-functional testing and when do these come into a project
Have an In-depth understanding of different software architectures and their impact on software testing
Have worked in an Agile environment - good understanding of Scrum practices
Knowledge of eCommerce would be a plus
Formal certification (e.g. ISTQB) would be a plus
Have strong English skills - C1+
