How you will contribute You will assess information security risks in line with internal policy and external best practices, and support security of information and IT assets by testing security systems and applying security standards, policies, and procedures.
Under the guidance of global information security lead, you will implement cyber security technology and provide day-to-day business support.
If relevant to your role, you will manage third-party providers to ensure that any internal or third-party adhere to standards.

You will bring experience and knowledge in : Information security, compliance and risk management Security solutions and their applicability to Mondelēz International Security strategies, awareness campaigns, policies / standards and governance Communicating effectively with technical specialists, leaders and peers Analytical and problem-solving abilities Being a team player by supporting and leading to achieve common goals More about this role What you need to know about this position : Candidate will be part of worldwide (whole time zone coverage by colleagues in different time zones) hybrid CSIRT team, with primary and secondary responsibilities (but not limited to, will depend on the candidate) in Incident Response, Forensic analysis of major incidents and / or penetration testing of company services.
Incident response role would consist of assisting L2 and L3 SOC analysts, MIM (Major Incident Management) team and SSM (Special situations management) team to handle various incidents (CSIRT team will be mostly engaged only in case of P1 or P2 or other major incidents) within the Mondelez company.
Candidate will be also assisting with RCA after major incident and oversee the successful implementations of tool and process enhancements based on learnings from RCAs.
Forensic or penetration testing secondary role, will be assigned based on the candidate profile and preference to help with either forensic analysis of the incidents or penetration testing of company internal, or 3rd party hosted services in cooperation with SOC, vulnerability management team and other team members.
Candidate will be able to grow internally via company provided certification and education program and via collaboration with senior team members.

Demonstrated experience developing & maintaining operations playbooks, run books, and performance measures Strong knowledge of information security leading practices and techniques Strong knowledge of networking protocols, datacenter technologies and / or operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) Experience working within a global or multi-tiered organization Education / Certifications : Master’s degree in security or IT preferred, but not required 3+ years of experience within SOC, Security Analytics or Incident response 2+ years of experience in either Forensic investigations or penetration testing Certification in one or more of the following, or in other comparable certifications or acknowledged courses is desirable : GCSA, CISSP, CISM, CCSE, CISA, HBSS, NSA, CEH, Cisco Security, Security + Work schedule : Flexible working hours (normal BH based on candidates’ location), possible on-call during weekend hours (rotation with other team members, based on agreement), remote work / home-office possible based on agreement.
