Adecco is currently seeking , on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the field of FMCG , for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Sales Team Supervisor
Manages daily workflow upon defining and communicating teams’ trade objectives and monitoring the Sales team performance
Organizes teams’ effectiveness and sets priorities upon achieving the demanded productivity
Manages its own team of Sales Representatives reinforcing healthy competition among team members and providing constructive feedback
Maintains excellent business relations with the area of responsibility
Achieves individual sales target
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field
At least two (2) years of working experience in Sales or Promotion roles, preferably in a FMCG environment
Good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
Advanced communication skills
Capability of working with deadlines
Ability to work efficiently in a team
