  • Set up laptops and mobile devices
  • Install and configure software and computer systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
  • Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
  • Provide to end users first level support and training, at group level
  • Monitor requests on our ticketing system (Jira) and resolve in a timely manner
  • Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
  • Maintain all office IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners and mobile devices both Android and Mac)
  • Keep meeting room equipment (PC, TV, camera, microphone & other equipment) functional at all times
  • Manage IT asset equipment
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Similar
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in a technical support role or help desk role
  • Working knowledge of IT operating systems (Windows 7 & 10, Ubuntu & Debian, MacOS)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Familiarity with G Suite administration
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Basic networking skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and patient
  • Punctual, committed, and willing to learn
  • Very good command of English language
  • Awesome but not necessary

  • Basic scripting knowledge (Windows & Linux)
  • Working knowledge in a deployment tool (like OCS Inventory / Microsoft SCCM / ConnectWise automate etc)
  • Basic knowledge in a endpoint security solution (Like SentinelOne, Sophos, Avast etc )
