HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Site Lead that will work in Europe to support our government customer.

The MQ-9 Site Lead will be instrumental in managing, planning, and assisting in the daily operations of the Rapid-Launch and Recovery Element (R-LRE) program to support MQ-9 operations for the US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE).

This role has the option to be on a Rotational Schedule or Full-Time schedule based on selected candidates' interests. The selected candidate may also work up to 84 per week as requested.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily oversight and compliance of MQ-9 operations at deployed locations throughout Europe.
  • Provides process improvement and management with government customers.
  • Manage all assigned contractor personnel to accomplish air readiness on MQ-9 aircraft.
  • Coordinate daily schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist with MQ-9 equipment and maintenance operations.
  • Responsible for communication with program office and government personnel in regard to R-LRE operations.
  • Provides oversight to team members at multiple MQ-9 launch and recovery sites.
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities to meet customer requirements.
  • Oversees logistics, maintenance, administration, personnel, and training functions to ensure appropriate resource readiness.
  • Provides up-to-date accurate reports to reflect site activity.
  • Responsible for observing and following all European laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;

    • or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.

  • Experience with MQ-9 operations and logistics or related DoD Programs.
  • Ability to interface at all levels of command and leadership on a regular basis.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Clearance : Must have a current active SECRET security clearance.

    • Preferred Requirements

  • College degree in Aviation Technology
  • Airframe and Power Plant knowledge
  • Extensive writing and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
