As our supervisor you will work closely with the Head of Customer Care and Workforce Supervisor, to ensure that all policies and standards are met.
You will support the organization's strategic goals and safeguard customer service experience by maximizing operational effectiveness.
You will exchange feedback with other departments and monitor performance KPIs with the purpose of identifying customer / partner impacting issues and implementing dynamic solutions.
Monitor performance KPIs, identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity and quality Support and coach Team Leaders on a daily basis Crisis management, determine priorities in handling potential high pressure workload Identify opportunities and areas for improvement in delivering the best customer / partner experience Cooperate with the Head of Customer Care to Identify team / customer / partner issues, to implement solutions that force process effectiveness Follow up and take actions for improvement of escalated issues across internal departments Lead by example Requirements 3+ years work experience in a similar position (contact center, customer care) in a relevant industry Proficient knowledge of customer care experience Proven experience in team management Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Strong people skills Strong ability to focus both on customer's and team's needs Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills Available to work shifts if required (occasionally) We offer Competitive remuneration scheme Private Medical & Life Insurance Meal coupons Career development opportunities You will be a part of a fast-growing multinational company, member of the Delivery Hero holding, with the opportunity to acquire new skills and grow professionally.
