Anonymous company is looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Director. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales.
Primary duties include : generating and submitting RFPs and related sales documents, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive, well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies;
business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
Communicate the company's value proposition, tech, process and current partnerships
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Skills and Qualifications
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills
