Look after vendors providing various business services (HR, Marketing, Facilities, Office supplies), driving negotiations, supplier selection and relationship management
Work together with the Business teams to run request for proposals, supplier selection, contract negotiation, contract management, contract renewals
Negotiating and reviewing pricing, commercials, and supplier agreements of varying complexity and for various services to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with Temenos’s guidelines
Providing information to employees / stakeholders and business partners on procurement policies and procedures to ensure that objectives are met
Managing regional / global projects and drafting business summaries and executive approval requests
Analysing spend trends to identify cost savings opportunities and achieve savings
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal
3+ years of experience in procurement and / or cost / price analysis, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management
Knowledge of working with a wide range of suppliers and different business services
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to build relationships with and influence individuals both up and down the organizational hierarchy
Candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and driven to deliver business results including delivering cost savings consistently
Comfortable with uncertainty and require little direction to find excellent solutions
