Lead profit improvement projects in the field of supply chain management (demand and production planning, warehouse, transport, secondary packaging, purchasing, etc.)
Implement and lead the regular Sales & Operations Planning process in close collaboration with plant management, sales, and operations.
Define and execute production planning policy (planning triggers) based on local needs, aiming to improve overall profitability
Cooperate with sales to define Service Level Agreements with customers
Guarantee that all relevant Logistics KPIs are met, track deviations, and initiate necessary countermeasures
Facilitate the roll-out of new company-wide ERP system and implement locally, together with regional Supply Chain Management, group-standard logistics processes and tools
Continuous improvement of local supply chain processes and workflows based on local needs and utilizing ALPLA best practices and standard tools
What makes you great
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics Management or in similar discipline
At least 4 years of experience in a related field (preferably within the manufacturing industry)
Leadership competences and experience proven track of leading people
Sound understanding of financial correlations and ability to analyze trends and take countermeasures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Self-dependent and hands-on working style
Change management experience
Advanced MS Excel skills
