About Rare Disease Franchise

Rare Disease is one of the franchises in specialty care division of Sanofi. The primary aim is to help diagnostic and facilitate early treatment in patients with rare genetic diseases such Gaucher, Fabry, Pompe, and ASMD.

About Rare Blood Disorders Franchise

The RBD Franchise is part of the specialty care division in Sanofi. The aim of this franchise is to develop and commercialize new and groundbreaking medications for a variety of Rare Blood Disorders.

The focus of the Rare Blood Disorders franchise is on Hemophilia, Immune Mediated Blood Disorders.

As New Product Planning & Launch Excellence Lead you will be assigned to the Rare Disease Central & South Europe area and reporting directly to the RD Central & South Europe (CSE) Franchise Head and will work directly with the RBD Franchise Head for the RBD products.

You will act as a strategic consultant and you will be directly responsible for development, implementation and monitoring all processes related to new launches in RD and RBD, sales performance and product lifecycle within the region in alignment with the global and countries strategy.

You will be mostly responsible for :

  • Setting up of all relevant internal processes in the Rare Disease area to ensure the best governance towards the countries and the global (Glocal model)
  • Creating tools to analyze countries’ performances through internal and external benchmark organizing periodic Launch performance review meetings
  • Coordinating new launches business cases being the link between global and countries
  • Organizing periodic launch readiness plans and reviews in close collaboration with countries’ FHs and CSE Franchise Lead
  • Supporting the Rare Diseases MCO in the development of Sales Force strategic planning, identifying gaps and developing plans to address them, defining relevant KPIs and metrics
  • Contributing to annual strategic plan and forecast reviews
  • What you’ll need :

  • Degree in Economics, Health Economics, management engineering or equivalent
  • Work experience in similar role
  • Adequate medical knowledge and understanding of the healthcare, legislative and market environment, market access dynamics and their potential impacts on the business
  • Clear leadership and influencing abilities
  • Solid project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in developing long-term relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous consultancy experience or market access experience would be a plus
