As an eCommerce Account Manager, you will have the responsibility to drive and develop the fastest growing channel in RB Healthcare and implement an innovative set of 4ps and execution across all eCommerce available platforms : online pharmacies, pureplayers and bricks & clicks.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future in online sales for brands like Dettol, Durex, Veet and Scholl and expand their eCommerce touchpoints to meet the needs of the online consumer and drive the Net Revenue, Gross Margin and Market Share improvement for RB.
Summary of Responsibilities
Develops, executes and monitors the customers’ investment and sales strategy. Defines a road map to support the sales strategy
Defines and executes Channels strategy and plans with regards to customer investment, distribution, sales, promotions and pricing in order to achieve Net Revenue, Trade Investment, Gross Margin, Customer Profitability and Market Share targets
Manage our service to Online Pharmacies, Bricks & Clicks and Pure Players providing clear recommendations on how to maximize their categories and RB business.
Further builds eCommerce touchpoints across online platforms regardless from their category specialty.
Owns, plans, executes and optimises media investment for eCommerce either in platform or out of platform with clear target to maximize conversion and sales.
Explores new ways to achieve better conversion through our new marketing strategies and channels.
Constantly test & learn development of 4P Picture of Success for eCommerce business across all channels.
Interfaces with marketing team and E-BU for best in class content and production processes.
Manages integrated data from all shops and 3rd party providers and ensures RB leverages full value from data we acquire.
Implements global best practice across channels & seeks to build on it
Make the brand(s) more competitive by identifying customer 4P gaps and opportunities and proposing corrective actions, promotions and messages.
Is responsible for forecasting accuracy
Ensure a broadly-based positive business relationship across customers. Ensures formal customer reviews take place regularly to ensure an integrated business to business relationship.
Builds excellent customer relationships on an individual basis

University / higher education degree
Excellent command of English
