The Profile :

Software and Service companies share a common challenge they often find it difficult to ensure license and contract renewal.

Your role is to help bring into the market an Automated Renewal Solution which results in higher renewal rates, improved revenues and margins while providing complete service visibility in real-

time. In this role you will be responsible to work with global technology organizations, and explain them how to improve the way in which they issue, close and transact renewal opportunities.

The Inside Sales Team Lead will be leading a Sales Team responsible for Inside Partner Business Management, as well as Demand Generation and Inside Sales.

Your role is to lead your team to bring into the market an automated Renewal Solution which results in higher renewal rates, improved revenues and margins while providing complete service visibility in real-

time. In this role you will be responsible to guide your Sales Team and drive performance.

The Inside Sales Team Lead reports into the Sales Delivery Manager and is responsible for the management of inside sales resources to deliver outstanding sales achievements within their area.

As the Inside Sales Team Lead :

  • You are responsible for the attainment of Sales Targets and KPIs
  • You lead your Inside Sales team focused on developing new and existing accounts
  • Your team will be responsible for the end-to-end identification of new opportunities and initiating the sales cycle across medium and large multi-national customers
  • You drive Team KPI and productivity while building a strong ambition to succeed for both the individuals and the team
  • You participate in developing succession planning within the team and perform ongoing coaching activities with the sales service agents
  • You are a role model and drive your team to do their best by ways of motivation, supporting sales tactics and action plans and constantly looking for new ways to drive sales success
  • You demonstrate strong influencing skills to drive the team, managing change effectively, resulting in positive outcome
  • You actively remove obstacles to productivity and team sales success
  • You are responsible for sales pipeline, and support your manager to guarantee forecast / predictability and maximization of margin through the right activities, process of management and KPI’s
  • You already have :

  • Background experience in Sales
  • Experience in leading a Team
  • Strong analytical skills which give you the ability to lead people efficiently
  • Direct experience engaging with customers
  • Capability to understand complex reporting and convert numbers into action plans
  • Direct experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
  • At least a C1 level in English or even a native speaker fluency in other European languages is a plus
  • University / college degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Self-starter attitude, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Absolute willingness to compete and win while demonstrating an ability to create strong relationships in B2B situations
