Our insurance advisory services spam from operational efficiency projects, front office and back office insurance transformation and client service optimization to business analysis, strategic planning, cost optimization and operational change management across all channels to provide value propositions to our insurance clients.
Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for consulting services in insurance industry, we are now recruiting a Senior Insurance Professional for our Insurance Advisory team in Athens.
The role entails
Delivering various operations-related consulting projects for Greek and International insurance companies
Understanding client's business requirements and processes
Supporting the team on process redesign and optimization projects, insurance operations transformation engagements and organizations’ business strategic design and implementation
Providing project management services to clients during projects implementation, monitoring schedules to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Interacting effectively with clients, in order to understand their needs and respond to queries in a timely manner
Solving important problems and driving the change for our clients
The successful candidate should have
Bachelor or postgraduate degree from a top-tier university in Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics Finance & Economics or relevant discipline
More than 3 years of previous experience within an insurance company, in consulting or other financial services related experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Solid skills in MS Office, with emphasis in PowerPoint and Excel
Commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues
Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Passion to work in a multidiscipline teams and projects
Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
