There’s endless space to develop too, so you’ll be progressing your career as fast as you build our smoke-free future. We are currently looking for an Integrated Talent Management Executive for our EU South East Cluster to be based in Athens, for the next 18 months.
Your day to day’ or Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning - Actively participate in the formulation of the learning & development strategy of the Cluster based on current reality, busines strategy and global People & Culture (P&C) priorities.
Actively identifies external best practices to propose improved tools, initiatives that are in line with the overall strategy.
Capability Building Initiatives - Participates in the design and delivery of solutions, providing insights (external and x-market) and develops materials - Delivers workshops, training to audience across the region for agreed programmes - Conducts TTT sessions for P&C Managers where needed.
Cluster Learning Delivery - Delivers workshops and training according to agreed learning offering. Collects feedback , runs analysis to identify trends, measures ROI & suggest improvements.
Talent Management Supports the coordination of Talent Review process in the cluster by providing the organizational analysis before & after the TR to feed organizational plans / updates.
Initiates the communication to key internal stakeholders and delivers respective trainings to enhance line manager knowledge and capabilities.
People Analytics - Provides analysis and recommendations regarding Talent Management in order to generate insights, flag trends on KPIs & co-formulate the Cluster ITM priorities.
Budget Management - Monitor the Learning & Development budget according to the annual planning, identify economy of scales and proactively flag any deviations.
Responsible for vendor management and system update.
Project Management be the project leader / member in cross country P&C projects ensuring successful delivery, resource management and effective communication. Your expertise :
University degree in Business Administration or a related field
Post Graduate Degree in HR would be considered as an asset
Minimum 4 years working experience within Talent Management in large multinational company
Strong analytical skills & client service orientation
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Experience in training facilitation & behavioral assessment systems
Advanced knowledge in excel & ERPs experience
