About the role

In your capacity as a Customer Service Specialist, you will help us offer the best possible experience to our customers, and help us create the most efficient processes so we can cater to thousands of travellers with a small and versatile team.

Acting as the voice of Welcome, you need to be an exceptional and able communicator, passionate about impeccable customer service and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will be to :

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable and timely support to our customers over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Build a strong response pool for our customers, suppliers, and partners either for internal use or for our FAQ.
  • Communicate to the team feature requests and bugs reported by customers, as well as make recommendations for service improvements.
  • Requirements

    What we are looking for :

  • 2+ years experience in customer service.
  • Experience in travel or transportation companies is desirable
  • Experience with web -based customer support applications
  • Dependable and punctual, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail.Native or fluent
  • English speaker. Additional languages spoken will be a plus.
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Friendly and upbeat personality.
