The ideal candidate would be someone highly creative and forward thinking and at the same time confident with the analytics side of social media and measuring campaign success.

Social Media Manager’s Mission is to create plan and implement digital strategies on social Media Channels by creating and publishing original, high-quality content in order to achieve the business goals set and optimize the Social Media presence of the clients by measuring the impact and effect of the content to the reached audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Services
  • Develop social media strategies directly tied to the business goals and objectives of the clientStudy Brand playbooks and Brand Guidelines collected from client and implement them to Social Media StrategyDevelop and manage innovative social media campaigns across all relevant channelsCommunicate with clients to Define Social media needs and get feedbackManage create and publish original high quality contentWork closely with the Creative team and to ensure the content is appealing and following Brand guidelinesSet specific objectives and report on GoalsOversee and lead community management and engagement tacticsOversee social media accounts’ designOwn analytics & Social Media reporting and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clientsStrategize and Manage Content PromotionPlan, organize and oversee Photo shootings related to social media contentMonitor and Manage Online Reputation of the clientsMonitor Competitor social campaigns
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Support Account Management and Sales team with market insights and dataStay alert for opportunities to obtain new business from present clients
  • Proposals
  • Participate actively in Creative Committees, when required, on strategy, business requirements and concept definitionParticipate in new business pitches, with emphasis on the Social Media marketing perspective
  • Services to other teams
  • Work closely with Digital Strategist to analyze past data and provide actionable insights to achieve Goals.Prepare presentations for reporting or cross / up selling needs
  • Operations Research on new best practices and follow industry trends and insightsAttend to industry conferences and conduct market research on competitive services and firmsEnhance the organization’s social media capabilities by keeping up to date with social media trends in design, applications, best practices, strategy, and innovation
  • Teamwork Ensure knowledge transfer and information flow across all Mozaik employeesOversee, direct, and organize the work of the Social Media ExecutivesBrief & Supervise Executive on daily dutiesPromote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to qualityEvaluate team members periodicallyDefine training needs and plan trainings

  • Skills and Experience

  • Academic Bachelor's degree, minimum, in marketing, communications management or equivalent practical experience
  • Work Experience 2+ years of experience in marketing agency
  • Technical Skills Exceptional knowledge of Marketing & Communication principalsAbility to set KPIs and formulate plans to meet themExperience in analyzing audiences to build customer personasBroad knowledge of social media channelsExpert user of Facebook, Instagram.
  • TikTok and Snapchat expert knowledge is considered a plus.Basic knowledge of image editingExcellent knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Creator StudioExperience on Both organic and Paid Metrics, how to export data and build reportsKnowledge of Reporting and Dashboarding tools like Reportgarden, Google Data Studio, SocialBakers, Falcon or other Social Analytics ToolKnowledge of Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables, Advanced FunctionsKnowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and ability to produce appealing and consistent presentations with ease.

    Data Visualization is considered a plusProficient knowledge and command of Greek and English languages (any other European Language will be an asset)Personal Qualifications
