Your home will be the largest press archive in Europe, developed and operated by us and used by SPIEGEL and other media companies
You will take responsibility for the support of our internal and external users, analyze processes and ensure that the possibilities and potentials of the solution are used optimally
The analysis and definition of requirements as well as the close coordination with your colleagues, the stakeholders and external users are part of your tasks
Projects such as data migrations, are carried out independently by you, as well as you participate in the further development of content
You establish the professional exchange among the user : inside (eg implementation of user meetings) and actively provide for the communication of product and functional news (eg maintenance and further development of the product website)
The support in the sales process of our solution with potential new customers you take over gladly with
A best possible support of our customers you ensure if necessary also by your knowledge in the 3rd level support
You have been able to gain at least three years of experience with similar tasks and ideally bring knowledge in the field of media
You have experience with research systems even beyond Google. Hierarchical factual signatures and facets are in the best case no foreign words for you
A high analytical quality standards with simultaneous pragmatic, solution-oriented approach distinguish you
You appear confident, are a team player and win your counterpart through your strong communication skills
The implementation of events and presentations you shake loose from the sleeve
You have a solid technical understanding, e.g. experience in SQL and XML data analysis / aggregation
You bring very good written and spoken German skills as well as a good command of English
