We are seeking to recruit a Check In- Check Out Supervisor.
As a member of our team your main responsibilities, amongst others, will be :
Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily
Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
Run daily reports to check reservations for accuracy and identify any special requests
Anticipate and address guest’s service needs
Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner
Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to our standards
Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
Learn and adhere to all emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety.
Personal appearance is kept clean and professional
Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. area descriptions, extra services)
What you need to become member of the team :
3-5 years relevant working experience in the hospitality Airbnb, industry
Excellent use of MS Office, especially excel
Excellent command of spoken and written English. Any other language will be considered a plus
A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication
Commitment to providing excellent quality work
Willingness for continuous learning and development
Knowledge of Airbnb, HomeAway, Beds24 platforms will be considered an advantage
