Role :

  • Leads the execution / activation of beverage commercial AOP so as to drive sustainable profitable growth of a portfolio of brands, translate brand programs to O2O marketing strategy, process, structure and programs
  • Accountabilities :

  • Develop O2O marketing strategy and O2O platform commercial plans that seeks to provide our shopper with a seamless shopping experience whether they are using online shopping devices or in a bricks and mortar store
  • Lead the O2O cross-channel insight upgrade and POSM evolvement with consumer segments and multi-channel touch points in mind
  • Partner with insights team to drive sharper O2O related insights and higher relevance to the consumer by feeding creating integrated programs for input to Customer and Category teams
  • Partner with Sales / Customer team to ensure joint focus on the right priorities (for the customer and consumer across O2O channels)
  • Work with Category team to ensure ammunition is fit for market
  • Partner with Revenue Management team to drive surgical O2O channel pack size initiatives as relevant for O2O
  • Work with Bottler’s marketing execution team to develop O2O cross-channel execution guidelines and tools to land our master calendar projects into the key windows throughout the year, and ensure flawless O2O program execution by province, and track program implementation

  • Requirements :

  • Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must
  • At least 10 years of marketing / trade marketing / sales experience in a major FMCG company
  • Experience of creating & launching O2O marketing integrated programs with high impact in the market place
  • Strong influence in communication and collaboration
  • Growth mindset, able to generate unique or disruptive solutions and embrace new ideas that help develop the business
  • Performance driven and accountable
  • Take ownership, removes barriers to move faster. Thrives under pressure
