We are looking for a management assistant to support our management team. The successful candidate will assist in everyday operations, especially in company processes, office function & administration, and basic human resource management duties.
It’s essential to have excellent computer, communications and organizational skills. You must have English speaking and writing skills in good standing, and any experience in European affairs is a bonus.
Tasks you’ll help with include setting up and enforcing processes, assigning tasks to team members and following-up, administering recruitment campaigns, purchase ordering.

Day-to-day tasks include a combination of the following items :
Setup and monitor internal work schedules, implementation, adherence to quality standards & company processes.
Assist in coordinating internal teams, and assure communication and flow of information.
Assist in setting up, running, and managing recruitment campaigns and other HR duties, such as time presence recording, management of leaves.
Managing office function and administration, liaising with suppliers and authorities and following-up on completion of tasks and loose ends.
Support mainly management team, but also other colleagues in tasks such organisation of travel and meetings, minutes taking, internet-based research of topics, working with online platforms and tools such as Google forms, online questionnaires, administrative web services.
Outgoing and incoming postal / fax / email correspondence and carrying out work-related errands.
Candidate profile :
Solid MS Office / PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Strong sense of organisation, proactiveness and timely response.
Good command of the English language.
ATEI / University education (is a desirable plus).
Prior relevant work experience.
