Euphoria Retreat , the first Holistic Destination Spa in Greece and one of the most desirable Destination Spas in Europe currently looking for young, skilled and talented Receptionist to join the team and be responsible to provide front desk services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all guests are welcomed in a polite and friendly manner and receive the utmost attention at all times
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in / out
  • Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisor are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
  • Through good teamwork ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, in line with Company standards, and with obvious attention to detail
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
  • Follow company brand standards
  • Assist other departments, as necessary
  • Qualification / Requirements :

  • Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 months experiences in similar position with 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Innovative
  • Warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable
  • Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Good level in English
  • Good level in German is essential
