E-Commerce Marketing Specialist
As the E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of our website and you’ll also be tasked with coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.
You’ll support online operations, briefing and monitoring new ecommerce projects and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Also, you’ll collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, IT, Sales, PR and Production, as well as outside partners to help optimize online customer journey and sales performance.
Manage and frequently update the online visual merchandising of the website (banners, widgets, landing pages, pop-ups etc.)
Design, execute and monitor Email, SMS and Web push campaigns
Responsible for content update and optimization, based on SEO best practices, of the full range of products across the website
Collaborate with external partner on Performance Marketing Optimization and SEO
Collaborate with external partner on Website development and UI / UX optimization
Responsible for cross selling and conversion rate optimization
Plan and optimize ecommerce journey flows
Collaborate with business teams, technical teams and web designers to define and deliver ecommerce projects according to deadline
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to assure the optimum presentation of our products and brand identity
University Degree required, in a related field such as Business Administration, eCommerce or Digital Marketing
Must have 1-2 years e-commerce experience
Must have Email Marketing experience
Must have knowledge of Google Analytics and deep understanding of digital and sales KPIs
Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business needs
Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
Basic knowledge and understanding of SEO
Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS
Basic knowledge of Photoshop
Experience in Google AdWords and Facebook Ads is an asset
Experience in Magento CMS is an asset
Be a team player who can work accordingly under pressure with tight deadlines
Experience in books and toys websites is desirable
