eCommerce Lead Greece Main Purpose of the Job As the e-Commerce Key Account Manager (KAM) you will be responsible for shaping the e- Commerce strategy for the country.
You will report into the Regional E-Commerce Leader and will be part of the larger Customer Development team. The target is to build the e-commerce business and win within the channel.
This involves building the fundamentals (portfolio, content and activations) and working closely with the capability and content specialist to drive excellent execution at our customers.
The KAM owns the sales fundamentals (6Ps) and knows how to best influence externally and internally to grow our categories in line with UL channel / category strategy.
The KAM prepares for business planning meetings and agrees on joint business plans. In this role you will : build the long term strategy and priorities for the eCommerce development in the country.
manages cooperation with pure players, omnichannel customers, and new digital sales models Continuously seek new business opportunities and partnerships, in all e-commerce spaces relevant for UL categories and brands.
Develop and execute the Customer Business Plan for the pureplay and omnichannel e-commerce customers. Be responsible for the eCommerce Channel and Customer P&L (target setting, tracking, adjusting) for all direct pureplay customers, including annual contract negotiations.
For Omni-channel customers : Collaborate with the respective KAM / NAM to build a holistic commercial approach for each customer.
Manage customer operations and resolve any potential issues, in collaboration with the relevant teams Manage perfect execution of ecommerce fundamentals.
Manage best in class (Brand) campaigns. Manage a team Be a part of eCommerce regional community Experience and Qualifications Required : 3- 5 years of account management experience, preferably with omnichannel retailers.
Min 2 years of experience in cooperation with eCommerce customers on the role of KAM Experience in FMCG categories preferable.
Postgraduate degree in Business / Economics. Fluency in English. Digital savvy. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other online tooling are a plus.
Bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset. A good comprehension of online retailing. A passion for data, understanding trends & creating insights in a new and undeveloped market.
