We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Lottery Division team!
Together with our Product Architects & Development teams, you will participate in the analysis, design, implementation and testing of our applications for our clients.
As our new Senior Business Analyst, will be in charge of several important tasks, like :
You shall be the key person for collecting and tracking change requests progress : in a nutshell, you shall be responsible to improve, bridge and lead the customer requests analysis, as well as the implementation process throughout the project life cycle, including, but not limited to, scoping of business requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to uncover and understand customer and business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
You will need to make sure that requirements are fully understood from both Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation will truly satisfy our customers’ expectations
Define the aspect of product development backlog, within a product-oriented environment
You will participate in the definition, analysis, design, implementation and testing of our business applications changes for our clients
Finally, in this role, you shall also support and provide feedback on RFP responses
To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria :
You hold a University or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant technology-related field
You have a proven working experience of 3- 5 years or even more in in Business Analysis or Product Management (ideally in the Gaming sector)
You have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (enterprise software development)
You are quite familiar with the Business Analysis process : requirement gathering, communication, planning & management, analysis & documentation, implementation & testing!
You are also familiar with 3rd party integrations
Good experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Familiarity in using relational databases
You have an excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken
You do not mind travelling and working abroad (some weeks per year)
You have completed your military obligations (for male candidates)

Based on your professional experience, you are indeed able to demonstrate sound business and technical judgement & to prioritize stories and tasks
In this position, you will need to work together with both internal and external stakeholders : indeed, you shall cooperate with our clients as well as with colleagues from various teams : developers, engineers, architects, as well as quality assurance and operations departments.
