TITLE (advertisement ID : SLS based Crete )

Requirements :

NEUROPUBLIC is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager who will join our Sales Team. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a top-rated team of talented individuals with different expertise working collaboratively on common goals.

You will be expected to show initiative, be flexible and take responsibility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • New business development and customer base expansion within a specific territory (direct clients and local partners)
  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Assisting prospect clients to create the business cases / use cases and estimate the ROI
  • Taking the lead in preparing commercial & technical offers
  • Conveying sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Providing insightful market feedback and cooperating with product / service development and marketing teams
  • Responsible for the full sales management of a territory
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree in agronomy, business administration, engineering, computer science or relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in business development or sales department
  • Demonstrable sales track record with target account selling, solution selling, and / or consultative sales techniques
  • Self-motivated, willing to take initiative and ownership, solution oriented, able to work independently
  • Active listener with good presentation skills; communicate effectively on different levels
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to analyze complex multivariate problems
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology solves business problems
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Constant drive to keep market intelligence level up to date
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written)
  • Availability to travel in Greece
  • The drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
  • Personal interest in issues related to rural development, smart farming and various agri-food topics.
  • Preferred qualifications and experience :

  • MBA or other similar degree
  • Proven sales experience and successful track record within the ICT and the agri-food industry
  • Deep knowledge of the market and culture of Crete
