We are looking for :
Banking Platform Developer
Location : Warsaw or remotely
A successful candidates will join major DXC project team which provides ongoing support to the banking platform in the respective area of expertise (card and payments, reporting etc.
for one of German financial institutions. The role owner will be responsible for business analysis and issues troubleshooting for incidents, requests and problems within the mentioned business applications in Avaloq banking system solution.
Job responsibilities of this role will include :
act as a support specialist for incidents related to Avaloq banking system functionalities
identify and implement workarounds
reverse engineering for functional solutions in Avaloq if necessary
investigate root causes in problem management process (including completeness and accuracy of data)
escalate identified system bugs and errors to external vendors and collaborate with them on identifying permanent solutions
prepare and deploy new software releases in-line with established processes
cooperate with Business and System Analysts
maintain system documentation, knowledge database and work instructions
We require :
Knowledge and experience in Avaloq core-banking system (2-5 years of experience)
Oracle database experience
Professional experience in financial sector
Knowledge of written and spoken English
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
