As member of the Premises team, the Premises Administrator is responsible for handling the proper running of Company’s offices, ensuring smooth operations on building related matters.

Main Accountabilities

  • Ensures the smooth operation of our Buildings
  • Handles the operation of our central Premises Help Desk concerning all requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, transportations, stationary in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders in order to resolve needs and problems
  • Monitors, ensures and maintains consumables stock for electrical equipment, induration equipment, generator fuels, assets inventory (concerning furniture)
  • Participates in the renovation projects of the buildings and general equipment installation
  • Supervises and manages 3rd parties (e.g Facility management team, cleaning services, Security services, pest control etc.
  • in order to follow up their actions and ensure that all contractual clauses are met

  • Prepares and monitors the relevant documentation (eg presentations, excel spreadsheets) for building projects
  • Establishes, oversees and ensures that any planned preventative maintenance programs are carried out effectively
  • Actively examines and makes efficiency savings and or reductions to the relevant running costs
