Daily Routine
Tackle design challenges for clients from all over the world
Design top-notch user interfaces from concept to handoff
Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to improving our design workflow
Maintain a positive relationship with clients and project stakeholders
Participate in our internal side projects where we experiment with industry shifting ideas
You Bring
Five or more real-life, launched projects in your portfolio on both desktop and mobile
Fluency in English (Polish is not necessary)
Mastery in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite
Confidence in presenting your work as if you’d tell a great story
Knowledge of principles of animation followed by experience with tools like Principle or Adobe After Effects
Team player spirit and leadership attitude
It would be of a great benefit if you’re passionate about sustainable transportation and automotive industry issues, as we’re a bit of a freaks about it ;)
Would be nice if you’d have
Experience in branding or illustration
Knowledge of no-code tools like Webflow
A strong social media presence with up-to-date profiles on Dribbble and Behance
Experience with sharing knowledge through blog posts or conference speaking
We Offer
Salary based on your experience and skills : 15.000 - 20.000 net on a service contract ( B2B ), 20 days off , paid sick leave
Flexible work policy - you choose how you like it (remote / office) and when you like it (we have core working hours in the EU timezone but you decide when to start and finish)
