In order to be considered for this Personal Assistant role the responsibilities are :
Performs administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings, management of travel arrangements, and completion of expense reports
Assists in the preparation of correspondence, briefs, presentations, and packets for internal and external meetings
Receives and screens incoming mail (including e-mails) and telephone calls, redirects messages or provides initial response as appropriate
Devises and maintains office systems including data management and filling
Cooperation with the external accountant regarding the invoices
Additional ad hoc projects, as assigned
In order to be considered for this Personal Assistant role the requirements are :
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent command of the English and Greek language (both written & oral)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Self-starter who is driven and detail-oriented
Strong team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills
Confidentiality and discretion
