About the role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting the management of Dialectica’s largest client relationships with a focus on expanding the user base while maintaining high client satisfaction and overall profitability.

This Athens-based position reports to the Global Head of Business Development and will directly work with the Athens-based Vice Presidents of the Client Service Team.

In close collaboration with Client Service Account Managers, you will drive, as needed, all account management processes, including monthly account performance reviews, user activation and onboarding initiatives, regular account reporting, commercial negotiations and you will work on the preparation of Client Quarterly Business Reviews.

It will be critical to build strong working relationships with lead contacts within the accounts who may be investment professionals, CFOs, or centralized knowledge managers.

In this role you will :

  • Focus on strategic account mapping and analysis
  • Lead monthly account management meetings
  • Run monthly reporting on user activity
  • Support and coach local Client Service Team members on building and executing account expansion strategies, focusing on new user acquisition
  • Enable and assist in the arrangement of client engagement initiatives (new user onboardings, webinars, lunch & learns, new product launches) with the goal to raise brand awareness for Dialectica in the said accounts
  • Work on the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews for strategic accounts
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate would possess :

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated track record of career progression in account management, customer success, revenue management, corporate strategy, management consultancy, program management or similar field
  • Strategic thinking mindset with the ability to breakdown a problem, identify root causation and design practical solutions in a resource constrained environment
  • Strong collaboration skills that enable efficient work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
