Description

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic :

  • Hiring process is completing remotely all interviews are conducted via phone or Webex
  • Training& work will pe performed from your residence in Athens
  • Duration of the contract is fixed : 3 months ( you benefit of support in finding accommodation for all the duration of the contract, via AirBnb.
  • The real estate agency’s fee are paid by the employer and the monthly rent&taxes, by the employee)

    Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for the customers
  • Representing Pandora Company, remaining friendly and helpful with every customer
  • Resolving issues with the products over the phone or emails (not too technical questions)
  • Keeping customer data up to date
  • Coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff
  • Requirements

  • You speak English and Estonian
  • You have a dedicated quiet working space located within your residence in Athens or you are willing to relocate to Athens for 3 months
  • You have great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
