So what’s the challenge
The Online Sports & Virtual Betting Product Specialist manages and executes end to end all tasks related with the assigned products’ performance, actively contributing in their P&L goals.
Your day to day will include :
Monitoring the sportsbook offering and providing relevant input / feedback to all stakeholders
Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating data into actionable items and projects
Interpreting, documenting and presenting commercial insights to support business decisions relating to the performance of the platform and the products
Providing key input into the planning and execution of product development - from conceptual stages through the full product lifecycle including business case definition, requirements and specifications, operational processes and product launch
Conducting periodical strategic reviews of the industry and present appropriate suggestions for the improvement of the sportsbook platform
Liaising with Online Acquisition & Marketing and Social Media Teams in order to ensure timely engagement and communication to appropriate audience for all product related promos
Planning for all site content areas, in all available channels, identifying key 'trigger points’ that are likely to drive customer action
Overseeing all customer communication mechanisms including PUSH, site banners, inbox messaging, MSG, login
Leading Go To Market activities
Monitoring web analytics reports and translating them into appropriate actions
Driving the development of tools to achieve the functionality needed to best meet the customer needs
What you need to succeed :
BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other relevant field. MSc degree will be preferred
At least 1 year of relevant Product or Marketing experience within an online gaming environment
Passion for sports and understanding of sports betting principles and audience is highly desirable
High business awareness with proven experience in creating business cases and advising on commercial decisions
Customer centric approach and strong sense of ownership
A can do’ attitude and ability to successfully deliver solutions within strict timelines in a fast paced demanding environment
Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to present concepts and solutions effectively to all levels within the organization Proactivity, creativity and innovative thinking
Team player spirit
Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English language
Proficient use of MS Office
