Customer Analytics Specialist
The Customer Analytics Specialist is responsible for conducting regular and ad hoc data analysis with regards to customer and online data.
The role supports business and digital strategy by identifying customer behavioral patterns, producing relevant reports and providing meaningful customer insights that lead to commercial actions and execution of targeted 1 to 1 activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Produces, maintains and enhances regular customer reports / analyses for CRM team and business stakeholders
Designs, develops and deploys data mining models, such as behavioral segmentation and propensity models, that allow execution of targeted campaigns and treatment differentiation during players' interaction with OPAP
Identifies and recommends business development opportunities through actionable insights on customer value, needs and preferences
Maintains control and complete knowledge of customer database information, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Develops standardized robust data quality checks and benchmarking key metrics for data validation
Liaises with the other Teams for any data oriented requirement such as UAT, Data-Mart Specifications and Data-Mart changes
Builds, customizes and maintains Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations for the company’s fast growing operations
Develops big silos of online data and transforms them into actionable insights
Monitors and analyzes online traffic and customer journeys among all acquisitions channels
Analyzes site performance, identifies areas of improvement and adjusts strategies to deliver maximum return on investment
Qualifications & Competencies
BSc in Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or other relevant field. Master’s Degree will be considered a plus
3+ years’ of working experience on data usage and exploitation in large scale environments
Experience in Gaming Industry and / or Digital Marketing will be considered an asset
Excellent skills in statistical tools such as SPSS Modeler, R, SAS, etc.
Robust knowledge in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Big Query
Experience on data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) will be considered a plus
Ability to effectively communicate results, methodologies and findings to several audiences
Highly numerical and logical approach to problem solving
Results driven and self-motivated with passion, energy and a positive attitude
A genuine team player able to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people
Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral)
Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
