As a Test Engineer , you will join an experienced Testing Team that works on developing an innovative digital solution for an Investment bank! You will cooperate closely with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery, and Business Analysis teams in order to understand requirements, and functionalities and discuss their testing execution.
Your main responsibilities : Kill the bugs!
Performing testing activities
Ensuring test status results are properly documented and tracked and defects are logged
Participating in the review and analysis of appropriate documentation and in all agile events
Cooperating with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery, and Business Analyst teams in order to understand requirements and discuss execution
Ensuring that any issues or risks are addressed in an appropriate manner, escalating them as required
You’re ideal for the role if you have :
3+ years of experience in testing IT Systems
Experience in Bank or any other Financial Institution (Payments systems ideally Low Value SEPA)
Practical SQL, SOAP UI
Knowledge of :
Test management tools like Jira, Confluence, QC
UNIX, XML, Excel
Agile Methodology
Strong analytical skills, attention to details
Experience in an international environment
Fluent English
It is a strong plus if you have :
Experience in test automation
ISTQB certification
Knowledge of Postman
