Managing, creating and implementing the marketing and PR strategy of the company and its brands in order to secure achievement of its strategic objectives
Objectives of this Role
Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
Exploit opportunities for newsworthy storytelling and develop media relations strategy to increase company visibility
Develop marketing & PR strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to its front door
Conceptualize & deploy successful marketing & PR multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels, and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Prepare and monitor the marketing and PR budget on an annual basis
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications
Produce valuable and engaging content for customer and internal touch points
Organizing and attending events, press conferences, exhibitions
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing & PR initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Build relationships with key clients, company’s networks, media and key journalists
Leverage existing media relationships, write press releases and handle all inbound media inquiries and requests
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree degree in marketing, business, or related field
Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Established press and media contacts
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Master’s degree a plus
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
