Position Overview

Reporting to the Global COE Sr Manager, the MF Global COE Metrics & Reporting Lead will oversee the Marketing Finance Scorecard, supporting the evolution and consistency of metrics for the tower plus the reporting strategy.

Responsibilities will include project management, reporting, prioritization of deliverables, ensuring data consistency and coordination with core stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution and automatization of the Marketing Finance Scorecard across the organization, setting the team priorities and deliverables and ensuring consistency and timely report out.
  • Supports the Report Rationalization strategy by ensuring global standard and automated dashboards are provided and manual reporting is eliminated.
  • Lead the transformation agenda and drive operational excellence. Executes on process improvements, procedures and integration of new policies.
  • Seeks alignment with Stakeholders (MF SDLs, OU finance, OU marketing, IT, Corporate, CAD & Auditors) to ensure coordination & execution of project goals.
  • Participate on the implementation of the future of MEM.
  • Manages ad-hoc requests related to DMI analysis. Prioritizes & resolves issues.
  • Collaborates with the Innovation Lead in the implementation of innovative solutions promoting automation and digitization where possible.
  • Provides support for business applications to Company associates or MSP.
  • Upholds a strong internal control environment for DME and supports audit needs.
  • What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 4-6 Years of solid related work experience leading business planning, financial planning, project management or accounting areas involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business.
  • University / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and Advanced Level of English.
  • Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
  • Deep knowledge of Finance processes, TCCC policies and accounting rules
  • Customer Focus : Developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.
  • User of SAP & other automation & productivity tools.
  • Experience coordinating finance operations.
  • Experience working virtually and or in international projects would be a plus
  • Ability to work with a geographically spread, culturally diverse team, stakeholders and partners.
  • Specific MEM Knowledge would be a plus.
  • Travel Required : 25 %
