What the role is The Experience Manager at Selina locations is responsible for ensuring we deliver memorable experiences to our guests that are aligned with our brand and mission.
This person will oversee all the content and programming design and execution at the location and manage the required staff and work in partnership with the country Experience Director.
What you will be doing Programming 50% Own unit-level programming & put together entire month in advance.Host and Manage relations with Influencers.
Owner of Music : playlists, volume. Culture & Experience 30% Blueprint activation and ongoing initiatives, measurement and action plans.
Own Brand Index at the property levelMonitor results of VoC Program for location and take appropriate action.Manage local community relations and SGB program at the unit level.
Partnerships 20% Unit-level Content Partnerships to support content and programmingBased on occupancy, and size / type of property, the Experience Manager may be doingFront-of-house shifts as well (e.
