We are seeking for a Plant Administrator / Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to the highest quality standards at Inofita Plant, Greece .
This is a temporary contract.

As a Plant Administrator / Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the plant.
You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including managing deliveries & dispatches, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
This role also requires assisting ad hoc in HR services, so discretion is essential for this position.
Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception and common areas are tidy and fully equipped
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
Support Plant security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor entry, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodation and prepare vouchers
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Deliver ad hoc HR administrative tasks
