    As Technical SupportEngineer, you will be part of a team that supports a critical bankingoperation. You will be cooperating with Client and Accenture teams to diagnoseand troubleshoot technical issues of the systems involved and provide accurateresolution following all the stages of incident lifecycle.

    You will also beinvolved in implementation of new functionality and enchantments according tothe requirements provided by the client.

    Responsibilities :

  • Investigate problems according to the impact, and identify the resolution or error
  • Coordinate with the vendor and other departments to help in the analysis and resolution of problems
  • Document known errors and problem resolutions
  • Create and test workarounds
  • Plan and execute implementation for emergency releases
  • Execute release implementation procedures and scripts
  • Involved in new requests implementation’s lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, etc.)
  • Perform monitoring tasks of system health and standby shifts
  • Basic qualifications

  • Degree of AEI / TEI in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 0-3 years of working experience in any technical or support role (preferable but not required)
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability for flexible work schedule e.g. a combination of morning and afternoon shifts
  • Ability to work under pressure
