Role purpose :
The job holder will be responsible for leading the design and execution of the attraction and acquisition strategy for various vacancies of Vodafone Greece.
She / he will be accountable for the end-to-end resourcing lifecycle of the assigned positions, acting as recruitment expert and selection process owner when collaborating with business stakeholders, ensuring that both global and local best practices will be followed.
She / he will also participate actively to initiatives related to employer branding, social media leverage, process improvement, recruitment and selection tools.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Drives end-to-end the assigned recruitment and selection processes to ensure both speed and quality of hires
Designs, proposes and executes the resourcing strategy per vacancy to successfully meet required skills and competencies according to business needs
Leverages all recruiting channels and digital tools to identify, attract and recruit top talents and experienced experts
Interviews internal and external candidates, using competency based interviewing methodologies and technical assessment tools
Acts as Subject Matter Expert, to ensure high standards of selection process and share of expertise within the company
Creates and maintains the best candidate experience from initial screening to offer, showing respect and fairness
Develops and maintains strong relationships with business managers and critical stakeholders, adopting business partnering approach on resourcing assigned projects, providing credible expert advice
Participates in project management and partnerships with Recruiting suppliers, maintaining relationships with the wider HR community
Maintains and monitors key performance indicators and data, preparing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to keep the critical stakeholders updated on resourcing work-streams
Participates in Discover management trainee program as one of the main assessors
Acts as a representative of Vodafone Greece in Group’s relevant communities and international projects
Participates actively to initiatives related to employer branding, social media leverage, process improvement, recruitment and selection tools
Keeps abreast of Developments in talent attraction, assessment and candidate experience developments in the local and the international market and suggests improvements in the existing modus operandi.

Proven seniority on leading recruiting projects and experience in effectively delivering multiple projects under tight deadlines
Ability to cope with various business stakeholders in parallel and quickly establish credibility
Very good market knowledge, business sense and technical understanding of new business trends
Creativity to identify new opportunities in attracting and recruiting top talents and experienced experts
Strong critical thinking and judgement ability
Very good interpersonal skills and resourcing business partnering approach
Results orientation and reliability
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
4-6 years of working experience with specialization in recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or a multinational company
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory and a business oriented postgraduate degree will be considered a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English
Professional use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
