  • Conduct consumer, shopper, retail, product, media, competitive and customer analysis and develop reports / presentations, to support business with relevant data, information and insights with guidance from CIMI Manager
  • Implement methods and tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand the target consumer, and support Know Your Consumer Deeply
  • Help brand builders to continuously sharpen and deepen understanding of the target consumer input into the Consumer Portrait
  • Work together with the brand builders in the consumer related activities to implement winning actions for all BBNW rooms through relevant research methodologies that support the decision making process, build knowledge and share among all stakeholders
  • Coordinate and guarantee that the right methodologies, guidelines and standards are applied in various research studies, conduct bidding with suppliers, proceed with negotiations to achieve savings and implement contracts completion
  • Analyze and synthesize consumer and shopper understanding from diverse sources, uncover insights and connect the dots to input into business and brand strategy
  • Offer service, consultation and training to business stakeholders
  • Develop networking with Research partners Location : Head Office, MaroussiReporting to : CIMI Manager Candidate Profile
  • University degree ideally in Statistics and MBA / Master in Marketing
  • 3 years’ experience in Market Research Agency (Ad Hoc studies) or 2 years’ experience in CIMI department of an equivalent FMCG.
  • Experience in Retail Measurement Research Agency would be considered a plus

  • Service and result oriented with strong numerical and data mining skills
  • Analytical mind with attention to detail and curiosity
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Work well under pressure / conditions of limited time
  • Fluency in Greek & English
  • PC literacy (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, software would be a plus
  • Greece-Attica-Athens
