Role Purpose : Vodafone Innovus sales team is designed specifically to grow IoT revenues and margin through direct and overlay sales using own IoT Product portfolio and Connectivity.
The jobholder will have the lead for IoT opportunities working closely with the account team, and is responsible for developing and managing a range of customers around the world.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Achieve assigned revenue target by selling Vodafone Innovus complete line of solutions and services to global leaders in the industrial and commercial products space
Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team (sales, presales specialists, global services)
Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with customers / prospects
Drive and manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close.
Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities
Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients
Build high-level executive / SVP relationship sales long-term partnership
Core competencies, knowledge :
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom, Business, Engineering, or a related field required
5 years of experience in Telecom / IT / Enterprise Business(at least one year position in M2M / IoT )
Good understanding of mobile products, infrastructure, IT systems and software
Ability to work in an environment where priorities and tasks may change quickly
Deliver results under pressure and focused on delivery, ability to work with detail, self-contained working
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fluent in English
