The General Manager of CMA CGM Greece handles all the activities of the shipping agency.

Beyond the daily management of the Agency, you will develop the commercial, logistic, financial and operational activities of the organization.

You will also create added value to the Commercial Agencies Network Direction regarding development prospects.


You manage and organize the various departments of the agency, on both sales and financial matters and ensure the quality of customer service.

As a leader you ensure unity and development of the agency by standardizing the control activities. As such, you guarantee the whole budget, KPI and performance of the agency.

You set all the objectives to achieve in line with the strategy determined by headquarter.

You ensure the implementation of reporting tools for various stakeholders of the Agency (Board of Directors, Head Office) while maintaining and developing frequent and regular relationships with the headquarters.

You ensure proper application of procedures and rules of the Group (administrative, financial, operational procedures, etc.

  • as well as the proper use of computer systems.
  • In the context of organizational transformation and of developing activities of CMA CGM, You are a driving force and must be proactive in the implementation of these changes.

    You are a true manager; you enliven all the teams and ensure the development of employee skills.

    Finally, you are the main contact person of global accounts, main providers and local authorities and you know how to detect new development opportunities.


    You have a Master’s Degree in Business, Management or Logistics as well as a 15-year professional experience in maritime activities in a head office or an agency.

    You have developed a professional network in the maritime sector, allowing you to be legitimate internally and externally with partners and customers.

    Besides, you have already managed and led large teams. You have leadership and management skills and understand the strategic aspects of the company.

    Your interpersonal skills, your ability to persuade and your proactivity are your major assets to succeed in this position.

    Bilingual in English, a good knowledge of the Greec market would be a plus.
