ANIXE Hellas started as Project Beagle in 2014 as the initial step of automating back-end workflow of the tourism industry, with the goal of ending up with a fully visual and interactive front-
end for creating your next trip. In 2018 we joined forces with ANIXE (based in Poland) and we continue to do the same thing, to transform personal travel from a fragmented, siloed process to a fully integrated, interactive and intuitive one.
About your Team
You will be part of a Technical Support team that focuses on providing individualized customer - oriented support on various software applications issues (mainly back-
office systems) for the tourism industry in multiple destinations across the world . Our team is handling any kind of issue that our end users encounter, from small seemingly insignificant to major complex problems.
About your Role
Being a Technical Support Specialist , you will have to be a problem solver focusing on delivering high-volume customer -
oriented approach and more specifically :
acquired from clients via email or ticketing tool in order to provide the best possible solution
