We are rapidly growing and our Testing Management Unit is seeking a Software Testing Supervisor to manage software testing teams and their functions and implement / maintain an effective testing process.

You will oversee the work of the teams, ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within budget and to customer specifications and that the departmental milestones / goals are met, in order to provide exceptional value added services and client satisfaction.

In addition, you will be responsible for the recruitment, coaching, training and development of your teams.Responsibilities :

  • Plan resources according to budget
  • Define & Monitor KPIs (people and process)
  • Work closely with internal teams ( Project Managers, Pre Sales, Supervisors etc.) at various stages of the projects
  • Manage and grow testing assets required for meeting the testing needs(e.g. team members, tools, processes)
  • Report to the upper management for issues concerning the productivity and resource allocation of the teams
  • Assist the teams in problems resolution and clients issues and handle major incidents
  • Establish and maintain a training needs program for the team’s development
  • Manage the annual performance review of the teams
  • Participate actively in the recruitment process
  • Qualifications

  • University / College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing and 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in :
  • Software development methods (such as Scrum, RUP)
  • Project management processes
  • Change management processes
  • Test management tools
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ISTQB advanced level or higher)
  • Strong leadership skills, in terms of setting priorities, motivating, developing and inspiring team members
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organisational levels and functions
  • Act as role model for your team members by supporting cross-functional efforts and model collaborative behaviors
  • Dedication to results and client satisfaction
  • Ability to travel abroad
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
